CSRP Staff Vetting Process
Step One: Meet Qualifications
Skill and Commitment
The skills to work within a deadline and the time to commit 5 hours a week to work various tasks related to the CSRP.
Willing
to leave their current conduct panels, or not otherwise currently sitting on one.
Experience
with leadership or support panels. To do this work, it is integral that members have the ability to have carry an unbiased and fair opinion.
Ability
of the community and its politics. Members must navigate situations that deal with complex, often sensitive interpersonal/integroup dynamics.
Teamwork
and team communication experience.
Step Two: Application
Google Form
Discord ticket
Note: Both the Google Form and a Discord Ticket must be completed in order to be considered eligible for any CSRP position.
Step Three: Pass Background Check
Staff must pass an independent background check. This is done to ensure qualification to serve on the project, and avoid potential conflicts of interest.
Step Four: Interview
We do an interview with each applicant to make sure they are able to work well with the rest of the teams, this interview is performed by 2 administrators for the project.
